Attention: Brenda I would like to thank you for all your assistance in organizing our holiday. I was initially hesitant to book Pool Port Douglas, but was presently surprised out how nice the resort was. The swim out room was fantastic. The service from yourself and other staff at FNQ was excellent. The staff at pool were also great. We loved our stay and hope to come back again soon, especially when we came back to cold weather in Melbourne!
