Hello and thank you for your help in securing our apartment for a week in May 2015.
Our visit to Cairns was to catch up with family whilst also visiting our son, his wife and our first grandchild in Townsville. We have family in Milla Milla and Earleville so staying in an apartment ourselves took any pressure off family. While we were in Cairns we did some touristy things like the sky rail cableway. Amazing!! We had driven, trained, bused and now the sky rail this visit. We are not strangers to Cairns, with family up here we visit maybe every 5 or so years. We have seen Cairns grow from a little fishing village to the tourism hub it is now. Thank you for arranging our stay at Park Regis Apartments, our only complaint was an air conditioner that continued to drip. The maintenance man after two attempts finally stopped the leak. The apartment was roomy with everything you need. Cutlery, pots and pans and crockery were plentiful. The staff were wonderful even down to the room attendants, everything was great.
