We configure your villa to your desires - catering for up to eight guests in four bedrooms - or more intimate spaces can be set within a villa for singles or a couple. Tones of sandstone, limestone and timber meet sleek lines of state-of-the-art appliances. Outdoors and indoors become indistinguishable and the effect is a fluid, relaxing space with a light environmental footprint that still manages to provide vast space and comfort. Hints of Bali guide the architecture, yet a strong modern aesthetic brings all the elements together in a space perfectly suited to the modern tropics.

Whether it's deep conversation by the light of a single candle or a blockbuster movie from the integrated AV system, this is to be enjoyed exactly the way you want - in style, in celebration or complete peace. Exclusive privacy is assured by bordering rainforest or choose wide open vistas spilling out to lagoons and fragrant gardens.

Niramaya is a gated resort of privately owned Villas which are rented out for holiday and short term stays.  The Villas are totally private individual houses in the Balinese style of Architecture and flow smoothly into ponds and gardens and out to your own plunge pool, with living and dining space, full kitchen, laundry outdoor dining with gas fired bbq.

We find Niramaya is best suited to guests who value their privacy and wish as little intrusion from management as possible therefore, Niramaya is not a full service hotel, but individual villas which are serviced each 4^th day but  should you require anything extra we will be happy to oblige whenever possible. The phone is open 24 hours a day for emergencies and the office is open as below. We do not have concierge service or bell hop service but do like to take guests to their villas upon arrival as introduction to facilities in their Villas and grounds.

Reception is open from 7.30 am - 18.00 Monday to Saturday and Sunday 7.30 - 14.00.
