First of all I was most impressed with the assistance we recieved from staff in identifying the appartments we had in Port Douglas and Palm Cove. Both apartments met our needs, Amphora was particularly nice with the Ocean view. We got the impression from staff that nothing was any trouble and would go out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect.
