Cancellation Policy: 

For bookings cancelled within 14 days of travel or no-show, no refund will apply.

Luggage Storage:  We’re happy to arrange short term storage of luggage for guests. All luggage must be clearly labeled in order to ensure efficient and prompt service.

Over Booking:  Dreamtime Resorts reserves the right to over book which may result in relocation to another hotel. In this event we will attempt to secure accommodation of at least an equal or greater standard.

Force Majeure:  Dreamtime Resorts will not be in breach of this agreement or any way liable to any party, if it is prevented from complying with this agreement by reason of act of God, act of public enemy, Act of terrorism, war, earthquake, riot, explosion, compliance with any law or government restraint order, rule regulations, strikes, lockouts or any other cause not reasonably within the control of Dreamtime Resorts
