Feedback:
We were impressed by the professionalism and quick responses to any query we emailed with. FNQ made suggestions to our itinerary and we were able to stay 3 nights at Palm Cove and 3 nights in Cairns which FNQ arranged.
This allowed us the time and flexibility to stay 1 night in Cape Tribulation (which we arranged ourselves).
FNQ also arranged our Barrier Reef trip which was amazing. We enjoyed the accommodation in Palm Cove the most and would definitely return there, the Cairns apartments were more basic but still functional and provided a good base to explore the area.
We felt FNQ listened to our requirements and Suggested viable options based on our budget, interests and availability. The personal touch and connection from staff made all the difference and we felt looked after and confident to entrust our holiday plans to Brenda and Vanessa.
