Cancellation fees unless otherwise arranged are as follows:
For cancellations other than Government mandated travel restrictions; 30 days or more before arrival - full refund less a $200 administration fee.(some property managers do not offer deposit refunds for cancellations but we'll make you aware of this condition if it applies to your quote)
Less than 30 days before arrival - full payment. We strongly recommend comprehensive Domestic Travel Insurance as cancellations terms are enforced. 
Please note, property managers reserve the right to move bookings from on apartment to another depending on booking requirements. If you have a preferred apartment location, please make it known at the time of booking.
