Seventeen days of tropical fun, fun, FUN.
With FREE family activities galore, the festival draws people from all of the towns outside of
Opening parade, fireworks and concert by Kamerunga; the Amazing Drumming Monkeys; Zennith's homecoming concert; a new circus arts series; and free family films at The Esplaande - ALL free and events to be a part of.
The 2010 Festival Parade is scheduled for the 21 August at 6pm and will include over 50 floats and hundreds of participants. The Esplanade streets are blocked off for the parade and thirty thousand visitors are expected.
If you have Cairns Accommodation along the Esplanade you have the best seats in town to watch the parade and a whole host of other tropical activities meander along the Esplanade walk.
